The controller is for off-grid solar system. Main function is protecting battery to prevent battery from over-charging and over-discharging. The intelligent charging process can efficiently extend service life of battery as well as improve system performance.

n Accurate temperature compensation, it can automatically accomodate the charging voltage according to the environmental temperature, optimizing the battery lifetime.

n Roundly reverse connected protection.

n Solar Panels, Battery, Solar Charge Controller positive poles are all connected together, adopting MOS FET in series to control circuit.

n We suggest that controller should be installed indoors. Outdoor installation should keep environment dry, avoid direct sunlight

n The controller will generate heat in the process of working, please keep the environment ventilation, and stay away from flammable.

n The open circuit voltage of solar panel is too high, (especially 24V and 48Vsystem), please take care.

n Battery contains acidic electrolyte. Please wear goggles in the process of installation.Please wash with water immediately when you exposed to acidic electrolyte carelessly .

n Battery contains huge power, and prohibit short circuiting positive and negative poles of battery. We suggest that you should install the fuse between battery and controller(slow motion type, the action current should be 1.5 times more than the system current of controller.

n Controller can adjust voltage of charging by detecting environment temperature, so that the controller should be closed to battery as near as possible

n Suggest that the current density of the wire connected to system should under 3A/mm2

n Try to choose stranded copper wire, which can ensure better connect to terminal. Insecure connect will lead to connector generate heat and melt terminal or shell, even cause a fire.

n The battery should be full charged each month constantly(at least once per month), or battery will be damaged.
